Why I can’t sleep

at all is a question

answered in the works

When I cross this street

I know soon enough

I will be crossed by

all my friends.

Too many people have opinions

for questions that don’t need

answers, peeling off onions

of mind, breeding empty seeds.

The joy that I find in books

cannot be measured by all

the experiences I had from

reading those books.
